Use of Portal
You may be granted access to the Portal in order to place orders for Services or to receive Test Results, including via account credentials used to access the Portal. Use of the Portal may be conditioned on acceptance of certain online terms of use provided within the Portal that are supplemental to these Terms; for example, please see Privacy Policy applying to your use of the Portal here: https://www.broadinstitute.org/contact-us/privacy-policy-broad-institute-website. You agree to abide by any such online terms of use in connection with its use of the Portal. You will be responsible for ensuring only its authorized personnel have access to its account credentials for the Portal and will be responsible for all actions taken under its Portal account, including the placement of orders for Services. If You become aware of any compromise of its account credentials for the Portal, it will immediately notify BCL of the same. In connection with its use and access of the Portal, You agree that it will not (and will not authorize or permit any party to): (i) interfere with or disrupt BCL's hosting or maintenance of the Portal, including by sending excessive requests to or otherwise overloading the servers that host or support the Portal; (ii) access any portions of the Portal or any data or systems accessible therefrom that are intended for use by BCL or its internal personnel only; (iii) copy, reproduce, modify, make derivative works of, or excerpt any of the Portal except to the extent reasonably necessary to use the Portal as contemplated hereunder; (iv) rent, lend, sublicense, lease, or transfer access to the Portal or use the Portal to provide service bureau or similar services; (v) reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code for the Portal; (vi) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices contained in the Portal; (vii) use the Portal to infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate any intellectual property rights; (viii) introduce any malware, viruses or similar code into the Portal; (ix) conduct probes, scans, vulnerability, penetration or other security testing of the Portal by automated means or otherwise; or (x) attempt or agree to do any of the foregoing (i)-(ix).
