The Help features in the Ordering Application system will redirect you to Broad’s help desk system, Zendesk. Once logged into Zendesk, you may search for articles to help with resolving any Ordering Application issues you may have. If needed, you may also enter a ticket into Zendesk and a Broad Support team member will contact you.
Submit a Support Ticket
To submit a support ticket to our support team, please either use the Submit a Request function found at the top of the homepage in the Help Center or email BCL-Support@broadinstitute.org.
Please provide a detailed description of the issue and/or feedback and a support agent will assist you when available. For troubleshooting efforts, screenshots and/or error codes should be included.
